Bayus Design Works is collaborating with REBOUND, Inc. on this modern design of a 4-story 74,000 square foot mixed use development located on Broadway in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The first floor will be commercial retail with nine potential tenant spaces available for lease. Floors 2-4 will be 36 multi-family residential units with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment style units. Amenities will include a central lobby with elevator service to all floors, fitness center, lounge areas, a café, community rooms and multiple terraces.
