E.J. Polley III
E.J. Polley was in the United States Marine Corp and was honorably discharged in 1985. He went on to graduate from the Louisville Technical Institute in 1986.

After graduating, E.J. worked briefly as an electrical designer for Electrical Design Services and then worked for 10 years at Slesser Engineering, a structural engineering firm. He came to work for Bayus-Evola Architects in 1997. He brings with him a strong structural background as well as an insight to AutoCAD that started by sitting down and reading the manual. E.J. develops and customizes many of the auto-cadd features that Bayus Design Works uses. Two add-on programs that he developed have been published in the national trade magazine Cadalyst.

As Senior Project Manager and IT/CAD manager, E.J. oversees multiple corporate accounts in the restaurant field, multi-story office buildings and projects considered structurally challenging. He also manages all computer and data aspects of the company, including the network and internet connections

E.J. and his wife Diane have 2 children, Samantha and Shane.  Coaching soccer and volunteering at local clubs takes up much his and Diane’s time away from the office. E.J. has been a soccer coach since the age of 15, coaching many levels of play from 4 yr olds to high school to adults. His main focus is with the Okolona Soccer Club, where he is coaching coordinator, head of field maintenance, part public relations and a coach. E.J. and his family reside in the Fern Creek area.
