S. Morgan Runner
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1995, Morgan is a native of Louisville, a registered architect and has been with Bayus Evola Architects since 2004. With the benefit of the work/study co-op program at UC, Morgan worked as a student for Mekus-Johnson in Chicago, Hayer Architecture in San Diego, Countryside Builders in Louisville, and Sawyer Architects in Winchester, England. Upon graduation, Morgan designed graphics, for Hilton & Hyland Real Estate Company, in Beverly Hills, California, among other duties, then moved to Hong Kong when a job opportunity arose to work for RTKL International Ltd. Her work was primarily on large-scale urban development projects in the Pacific Rim region.

In 1997, a move brought Morgan to London, England where she continued working for RTKL for the next 7 years. She built up considerable experience designing movie theatres and headed up a team who opened Warner Village and UCI cinemas in the UK and Europe. Her work also included retail/entertainment, multi-family residential, and hospitals. While in London, Morgan was an active member of the AIA, serving on the Board of Directors as Sponsorship co-chairman and committee member for the Student Design Charrette. 2003 saw Morgan become a registered US architect and start her own design firm, Vivaldi Design Services Ltd. Morgan also worked for HOK International in London on a $1.8 billion hospital renovation before returning to the United States in 2004.

Morgan returned to Louisville and has enjoyed the variety of work at Bayus Evola Architects, since 2004. Some of her projects have included gyms, churches, restaurants, coffee shops, and banks, while the scope of each project has ranged from new build, to renovations, to interior design.

Irish Hill is where Morgan calls home; she participates in the Irish Hill Neighborhood Association activities, including neighborhood development meetings and forums. She has volunteered for the Red Cross Disaster Relief Services and is a new volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
